The Team Mood Tracker beta is made for all sizes of teams. However it is recommended now for team sizes from 3-20 people. Saving mail addresses and having an automated reminder will be implemented soon so it will be easier to track mood of bigger remote teams.
It's done within seconds: as soon as you invite team members - or as a team member invited - you just click on the link in your invitation email. Two more clicks for mood tracking on two scales and you are done. It is as easy as that.
The recommended interval is at least once in a sprint or once per week. At best you send out the invitation always on the same day of the week at the same time.
Team members will get used to it quickly and you can eliminate confounding factors like fatigue, monday morning mood etc.
The next release of the system will contain a reminder function and recurring tracking function so that all the work you do now will be done by the system. Yay!
