Combining Personas with User Goals and Data lead us to some great insights about the potential users of the Team Mood Tracker: the User Stories.
What is now important is to validate these findings with reality: I went out and talked to potential customers / friends / ... and re-wrote some stories. Merged personas.
So we could create User stories which are very close to the working reality of a Remote Team Manager or close to the other personas I wrote about in a former article.
What's next? Working on Marketing Materials, visualizing the TMT-Process - because - wow - people are asking for it!
